Fullstack Developer (Mern Stack)

Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) | 2–3 Years Experience

Eocean Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of features across frontend and backend layers, building and optimizing APIs, ensuring application performance and security, and collaborating closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting production deployments.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of full stack development principles and software architecture
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js and/or JavaSpring Boot Solid experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar)
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and ability to write optimized SQL queries
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of application security, performance tuning, and scalability best practices
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues
• Strong understanding of full stack development principles and software architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
