Key Responsibilities

Ensure all work performed in the functional area meets established quality standards.

Provide procedures, guidance, and retraining to staff as needed.

Oversee timely completion of all deliverables related to the functional area.

Track, monitor, and report progress of activities to the Assistant Site Manager.

Review and approve daily production reports, with emphasis on performance standards.
-
Maintain and update SOPs to ensure alignment with current requirements.

Verify accurate timekeeping and approve timesheets per payroll schedule.

Conduct frequent internal quality audits.
-
Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Model a positive, customer‑focused attitude while managing workflows.

Implement process improvements as directed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Competence in managing staff, workflows, and production reporting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across competing priorities.
-
Physical ability to perform essential functions including standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and maintaining visual acuity across a range of tasks.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
