Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising Manager with a strong background in fundraising or sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building donor relationships, and driving revenue growth to support our healthcare mission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns
Identify, approach, and onboard new donors (individuals & corporate)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and partners
Achieve monthly and annual fundraising targets
Collaborate with marketing and digital teams for campaigns
Prepare reports, proposals, and donor communications
Represent the organization at events and meetings
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for social impact and healthcare initiatives
