Fundraising Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Overseas Coordinator to oversee and drive the organization’s international fundraising and donor engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, hands-on experience working with NGOs, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Overseas Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our international growth. Your core duties will include:

• International Fundraising: Lead and manage global fundraising activities and build strong, lasting donor relations.
• Campaign Management: Organize and oversee international fundraising campaigns and awareness events.
• Proposal Writing: Develop tailored, high-quality proposals and presentations for donor engagement and retention.
• Compliance: Collaborate closely with tax consultants for international compliance and financial optimization.
• Global Branding: Spearhead marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's global presence.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
• Strategic Planning: Ensure financial sustainability through meticulous strategic planning and coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in international or cross-cultural environments.
• Industry Sector: Prior experience in the NGO / Non-Profit sector is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Strong command of English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software for donor management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Sound knowledge of international non-profit regulations and compliance.
• Soft Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail coupled with a strategic thinking mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt seamlessly to changing environments.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
