Fundrasing Manager

Job Title: Fundraising Manager

Role Summary:

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for driving the organization’s fundraising initiatives through individual contributions, corporate partnerships, grants, and events. This position plays a key role in ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the organization’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Strategy: Plan annual strategies, identify donors, and meet revenue targets.
  • Donor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with donors and partners.
  • Grants & Proposals: Research funding and write grant proposals on time.
  • Events & Campaigns: Organize fundraising events and support promotions.
  • Team Coordination: Support staff/volunteers and align with departments.
  • Reporting: Track performance and maintain donor records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in proposal writing
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed fundraising goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management systems

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in the nonprofit/NGO sector, particularly in health or women’s empowerment
  • Familiarity with CSR programs and international donors
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach
