Maintain the general ledger by ensuring all transactions are recorded with precision and in accordance with accounting standards.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management, offering analytical support to optimize financial performance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, tax legislation, and financial regulations.
Proven ability to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and implement controls to ensure financial accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial data and concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
