General Counsel (Chief Legal Officer)

Overview

Rajveer Ltd. is seeking a highly qualified General Counsel (Chief Legal Officer) to join our leadership team. This role is critical for providing legal guidance and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the executive management and the board of directors on various business matters.
• Oversee the company's legal compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by reviewing contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and external communications with legal authorities.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to advise on potential impacts on the business.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to bar.
• Proven experience as a General Counsel, in-house counsel, or legal advisor, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and provide practical legal solutions.

Salary

• Competitive hourly rate: 45–110 SAR/hr based on experience and qualifications.
