General Helper

Job Summary

The General Helper is responsible for providing basic support to the operations, warehouse, or site team by assisting in loading/unloading, material handling, cleaning, and other assigned tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Support technicians, drivers, or warehouse staff as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, warehouse, or site.
• Arrange and stack materials properly and safely.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and organizing items.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Follow company safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Report any damage, shortages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Basic reading and writing ability.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
• Prior experience in warehouse/site work is an advantage (not mandatory).
