General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic person to lead and oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the real estate company, ensuring profitability, growth, and compliance. The General Manager will drive business development, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize property portfolios across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

1. Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.

Lead expansion initiatives, including new developments, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Operational Oversight

1. Supervise day-to-day operations across leasing, sales, property management, and facilities.
2. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and internal policies.

Financial Management

1. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L perform
2. Optimize asset utilization and ROI across the property portfolio.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional teams including leasing, marketing, legal, and finance.

Maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, government bodies, and clients.
