General Manager - Construction (Project Management)

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our construction operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with strong project management expertise, capable of managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects and overall operations
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management
• Ability to lead project teams, site staff, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
