General Manager – Finance & Operations

We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented General Manager – Finance & Operations to lead our Finance and Operations team. This executive position plays a critical role in supporting a dynamic, U.S.-based retail organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive financial expertise, strong operational management skills, and a proven history of leadership in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for Finance and Operations, ensuring full alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Oversee all financial management activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive operational efficiency by refining systems, processes, and internal controls.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to guide strategic decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate collaborative partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Manage the deployment and optimization of ERP systems, POS solutions, and other business tools.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on delivering timely and high-quality results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ethical leadership, and outstanding performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of senior-level experience in financial and operational management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Forward-thinking, adaptable, and experienced in managing organizational change.
