General Manager – Finance & Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for Finance and Operations, ensuring full alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Oversee all financial management activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive operational efficiency by refining systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Analyze financial and operational data to guide strategic decisions and foster continuous improvement.
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Manage the deployment and optimization of ERP systems, POS solutions, and other business tools.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on delivering timely and high-quality results.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ethical leadership, and outstanding performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of senior-level experience in financial and operational management.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
