General Manager Human Resource (Female)

We are urgently hiring General Manager Human Resource (Female) for one of our clients from Manufaturing Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement divisional HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning, budgeting, and manpower forecasting for the division
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to meet operational needs
  • Ensure effective performance management systems and succession planning
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the division
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance- Handle complex employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution
  • Lead learning & development programs to build leadership pipeline
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide strategic HR reports to senior management
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members across locations

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 17-18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.

Salary: 700K
