- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly regarding current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Creates KPIs for every role to monitor employee performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Develops learning and development programs and initiatives that offer internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
- Supports talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assists in the management of the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Supports organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and guidance.
- Provides support to management and staff on complex and sensitive issues, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
Experience Range: Over10 years with a significant portion working for a manufacturing industry.
University and Qualifications Criteria: Must Have Bachelors in Human Resources from any of the following: (Szabist, IBA, IoBM, Iqra, Hamdard, FAST NUCES, Maju, Kasbit, & PAF Kiet).

Salary Range: PKR 250,000 – PKR 500,000
