Role Description

As the General Manager – Network Solutioning, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing logistics solutions that align with client requirements while optimizing vendor networks and ensuring profitability. This leadership role is critical in bridging client expectations with operational capabilities, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless transitions during onboarding and hyper care.


Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Vendor Mapping

 Develop customized logistics solutions for key accounts by mapping the most efficient vendors in the network to specific requirements.

 Design operational frameworks leveraging cross-utilization of Pidge’s vendor network to ensure maximum coverage and utilization.

Commercial Structuring & Negotiation

 Build customized commercial proposals for each account, aligning costs, revenue targets, and profitability.

 Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to finalize competitive pricing structures and contract terms.

Due Diligence & Field Assessment

 Conduct on-ground due diligence to verify vendor readiness, capacity, and quality for mapped accounts.  Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve logistical, operational, or compliance-related challenges.

Hypercare Management

 Lead the hypercare phase for new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational transitions.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring client satisfaction in early stages.

Continuous Optimization & Feedback Loop

 Establish feedback loops with clients and internal stakeholders to refine solutions and enhance vendor performance.

 Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize solutions, improving service quality and cost efficiency. 


  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
  • MBA preferred 7+ years of experience in logistics, network operations, or solution design.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor mapping, solution creation, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage costs and profitability in logistics environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
