Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for launching iconic real estate projects? We’re looking for a General Manager – Project Marketing to lead end-to-end marketing for large-scale developments in Dubai and the wider UAE .

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive integrated marketing strategies for mega project launches
• Lead high-impact campaigns across brand, digital, PR, events & activations
• Collaborate with global creative agencies and internal stakeholders
• Engage brokers, investors, and channel partners through compelling programs
• Build and mentor high-performing teams
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in integrated marketing, with strong UAE/Dubai real estate experience
• Proven success launching large-scale developments
• Global creative exposure and a strong brand sensibility
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Prefer UAE-based candidates.
