General Manager/Head of Operations

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple departments and improvement projects with clear short- and long-term goals.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, enhancing business prospects.
  • Lead all operations, optimize internal processes, and foster a motivated culture.
  • Oversee hiring, budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with outreach and creative teams on project execution.
  • Manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery within financial limits.
  • Build networks, secure grants, and strengthen industry relationships.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Business Management or related fields
  • Proven senior management experience, ideally within media, film, or creative industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
