Job Announcement: Resin Factory Manager
Location: Qatar
Experience in resin manufacturing is mandatory.

We are seeking a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead and operate a resin production facility in Qatar, ensuring efficient operations in line with best industrial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate all factory departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality, HSE)
• Oversee production lines (Solvent-based & Water-based Resins)
• Develop production plans and achieve operational and financial targets
• Improve production efficiency and reduce waste and costs
• Ensure compliance with quality (ISO) and safety (HSE) standards
• Supervise industrial control systems (PLC & SCADA)
• Lead and develop workforce capabilities
• Coordinate with senior management, suppliers, and clients
• Contribute to expansion plans and product development

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in managing chemical or resin/paint manufacturing plants
• Strong knowledge of:
• Polyester Resins
• Alkyd Resins
• Acrylic Emulsions
• Experience in plant startup & commissioning
• Good understanding of PLC / SCADA systems
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
