German Language Customer Service Representative (C1/B2 Level)

We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Customer Service Representative with C1/B2 level proficiency to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in German
  • Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively with a responsive team environment
  • Follow company policies and quality standards

Requirements:

  • German language proficiency at C1 or B2 level
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office and other relevant systems)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making power
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work in an office environment (in-house)
