We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Customer Service Representative with C1/B2 level proficiency to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in German
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Work collaboratively with a responsive team environment
- Follow company policies and quality standards
Requirements:
- German language proficiency at C1 or B2 level
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office and other relevant systems)
- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making power
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work in an office environment (in-house)
