Global Customer Support Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Global Customer Support Associate to handle international customer interactions across voice and chat channels. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service delivery, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while supporting global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer interactions for international clients via calls or chat
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical/basic service issues in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
