Global Recruitment Operation Head

Position Summary

The Head - Global Recruitment Operations will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end international recruitment operations across multiple countries. The role involves overseeing requirement gathering, sourcing, overseas agency coordination, deployment, post-deployment issue handling, and client relationship management while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower demands.

This position holds full operational responsibility for delivering approximately 400+ manpower deployments per month across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment & Operations Management
  • Lead full-cycle international recruitment operations.
  • Oversee requirement analysis from 10+ active clients monthly.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet bulk hiring targets.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of candidates.
  • Monitor sourcing channels across Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Philippines, Indonesia, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Algeria and Eastern Europe.
  • Ensure compliance with local and overseas labor regulations.
B. Overseas Associate Management
  • Coordinate with overseas associate agencies to ensure timely sourcing.
  • Maintain performance tracking of associates.
  • Build strong international recruitment partnerships.
  • Ensure quality control and screening standards are maintained.
C. Client Relationship Management
  • Act as primary escalation point for clients.
  • Handle post-deployment issues professionally.
  • Maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct periodic performance and delivery reviews with clients.
D. Team Leadership & Performance
  • Lead and manage 25+ recruitment and operations staff.
  • Set KPIs and monthly hiring targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and process improvement.
E. Reporting & Strategy
  • Provide monthly recruitment performance reports to the Managing Director.
  • Forecast manpower requirements and sourcing capacity.
  • Develop strategies to improve fulfillment rate and reduce deployment cycle time.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Management
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in international recruitment / manpower supply
  • Proven experience handling bulk hiring projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience dealing with Middle East clients
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of overseas recruitment compliance and documentation
