We are seeking a dynamic and fluent English-speaking Female Student Counsellor to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student recruitment, education consultancy, or academic counselling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to guide students through their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements
• Guide students through the complete application and enrollment process
• Maintain regular follow-up with students and parents to ensure successful conversions
• Achieve recruitment and enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
• Coordinate with partner institutions and internal teams
• Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events across the UAE when required

Requirements

• Female candidate (as per organizational requirement)
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education consultancy
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in overseas education recruitment
• Knowledge of UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or European university admission processes
• Experience working with CRM systems
