We are looking for a results-driven Senior Academic Counselor (Tele-Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs while achieving sales targets through phone consultations and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide professional consultation on academic programs and career pathways
- Advise and guide professionals in selecting training programs that support their career growth and advancement.
- Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with students
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience in tele-sales / education sales / academic counseling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in education industry is mandatory
- Should have a strong command of the English language. Proficiency in Hindi is added advantage
- Should join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
