GM - Brand Marketing - Real Estate Developer experience must

One of our client is a leading Real Estate Developer in the UAE.

They have asked us to headhunt a strategic role of GM Brand marketing - Projects to be positioned in Dubai

The General Manager – Project Marketing will lead the branding, positioning, and launch strategy for high-end residential and mixed-use real estate developments. The role is responsible for delivering impactful project launches, ensuring brand consistency, and driving strong market visibility aligned with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end branding and marketing for real estate project launches.
  • Develop project positioning, brand narratives, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Execute integrated launch campaigns across digital, media, PR, outdoor, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Development, and Design teams to support launch and sales objectives.
  • Manage creative and media agencies, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and market insights.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably within real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale branding initiatives and real estate project launches.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
