Job Title: General Manager – Infrastructure

Location: Karachi

Experience: 10 – 15 years (relevant experience required)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Infrastructure to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure development projects within a housing society environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with reputed housing developments such as DHA, Bahria Town, Askari Housing Society, Naya Nazimabad, or Saima Arabian Villas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects (roads, sewerage, drainage, utilities, etc.)

Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational issues

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements

Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals

Lead, mentor, and manage project teams effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

10–15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development within housing societies

Strong experience in dealing with contractors and consultants

Proven ability to manage teams and lead large-scale projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems and construction practices
