GM Plant Operations

Are you a senior manufacturing leader experienced in continuous-process industries? This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize large-scale plant operations with a strong focus on performance, safety, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities✔

End-to-end plant operations: Production, Utilities, Engineering & Maintenance, E&I, Inventory, Compliance

✔Drive OEE improvement, cost optimization, and energy efficiency

✔Ensure product quality, audits, and zero non-conformance culture

✔Champion HSE standards and regulatory compliance

✔Lead, mentor, and develop Factory HODs and teams

✔Performance reporting to CEO and coordination with corporate functions

✔Lead expansions, debottlenecking, and technology upgrades

Requirements

✔BE / ME in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering (MBA a plus)

✔15–25 years manufacturing experience; 5+ years in Plant Head / GM Operations role

✔Preferred industry: Polyester Fiber / PET Resin / rPSF

✔Exposure to Polymer, Chemical, Petrochemical, or continuous-process industries

✔Strong leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs600,000.00 - Rs800,000.00 per month
