GM Retail Sale Division
Cakes & Bakes a premier food company, involved in manufacturing and selling through its own retail outlets; bakery, confectionary and allied products, frozen food, pure water, pasteurized milk, Desi-ghee and cheese, duly certified under ISO 9001:2018 and HALAL regimes, is looking for a competent, vibrant, dynamic and experienced person to lead Retail Sales Division of the company. What to do?
- Formulate and implement sales strategy;
- Plan, execute, and continually improve retail sales activities to maximize sales volume;
- Formulate, assign, and implement KPIs and Sales targets to the sales team;
- Ensure smooth operation of all sales outlets.
- Manage retail stores' staff, motivate, mentor, and coach sales staff, enabling them to meet assigned targets;
- Continuously enhance brand image through excellent customer service
Skill Set
Should have hands-on experience of known Point of Sale (PoS) and inventory management modules, preferably MSD AX 365. Must also be hands-on on MS Office. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Should have proven track record of

At least a business graduate or equivalent
- Gender= Male
- Experience= 10-12
- Good communications skills
Experience
- At least 10 to 12 years of experience out of which at least 7 to 8 years should be managing and operating chain of retail stores of known brands.
