Retail Sales Manager - EV bike

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Retail Sales Manager to promote and sell EV bikes. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and delivering an excellent customer experience while educating customers about EV technology and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell EV bikes to retail and corporate customers through showrooms and field visits.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation, booking, and coordination with logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Monitor store sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
  • Manage, train, and supervise retail sales staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock replenishment
  • Plan promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Control expenses and optimize store profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles, EVs, automobiles, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience in handling nationwide sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Pakistani automotive or EV market.
