GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Level GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist with strong hands-on experience in setting up systems, creating advanced workflows, and managing end-to-end marketing automation. The ideal candidate should be confident in using the GoHighLevel platform to build scalable solutions that support both marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage accounts on GoHighLevel
• Design and implement advanced workflows, automations, and triggers
• Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and forms
• Manage CRM pipelines, lead tracking, and segmentation
• Develop and manage email/SMS campaigns and automation sequences
• Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, etc.)
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize funnels and workflows
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system efficiency

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM / marketing automation
• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Strong expertise in workflow automation and funnel building
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (lead generation, conversion, etc.)
• Experience with integrations and API-based tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Exposure to international clients and campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion optimization and A/B testing
