Job Title: Google Ads Specialist
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000

Job Description:
The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI for clients at Ad Snipper. This role requires hands-on experience with search, display, and video advertising, along with strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.

Technical Skills Requirement:

• Proficiency in Google Ads campaign management (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and Quality Score optimization.
• Experience with ad copywriting and A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Knowledge of remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve ad relevance and performance.
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team for ad visuals.
• Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs.
• Set up and track conversions using Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in Google Ads.

Skills to Have:

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and PPC strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
