About the Role:

Long Road Transportation is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across Google and paid social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving leads, conversions, and brand growth across our logistics and e-commerce divisions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in the U.S. market.
• Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SEO is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using ad performance and tracking tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• C2 English proficiency (written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and implement continuous improvements.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in PPC advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative assets, copywriting, and audience targeting.
• Support additional marketing and lead-generation tasks as needed.

Daily Requirement:

• Tracker and camera on is required during work hours.
