The Role:

This is a multi-faceted position for a proactive individual who enjoys operational variety. You will lead our local government relations (PRO) while providing essential administrative and customer support to ensure our Riyadh branch operates with the same excellence as our Dubai locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government Relations (PRO): Full management of KSA portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and Balady. You will be responsible for all business licensing, staff visas, and regulatory compliance.
• Business Admin: Maintain employee records, coordinate with local vendors, manage inventory, and provide general office support to the management team.
• Customer Support: Occasionally assist with client bookings and inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Citizenship: This position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.
• KSA Expertise: Proven experience navigating Saudi government systems and labor laws.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic (essential for government portals) and professional English.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to represent a high-end beauty brand with professionalism.
• Logistics: A valid Saudi driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
