About the Role

GRC Project Manager shall lead and deliver Governance, Risk, Business Continuity, and Compliance (GRC) automation initiatives for our solution. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in at least three of the following domains: Governance, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity. Additional experience in Internal Audit will be a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with GRC platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, SAI360, or equivalent. You will be the bridge between our clients and technical development teams, managing end-to-end GRC automation & transformation projects with a focus on customer success and best-in-class project delivery according to the varying scope of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of GRC360.ai automation projects across various industry sectors (end-to-end cycle).
• Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement GRC solutions aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, Regulatory Requirements NCA-ECC, CMA CG Regulations etc.)
• Lead the Customisation, configuration, and management of our solution according to each customer's scope of work.
• Collaborate hand in hand with the software development team to ensure successful project delivery
• Onboard and support the customer on their selected GRC modules to ensurea seamless customer experience.
• Guide the customers on the use of GRC360.ai and its functionalities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
• Develop and provide project documentation, training, and user onboarding for deployed GRC systems
• Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery
• Manage sprint-based agile development and deployment of iterative functionalities in GRC automation projects.
• Ensure continuous improvement of GRC solutions, project delivery processes and post-delivery support activities.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and proposal preparation.
• Benchmark GRC360.ai with other leading solutions in the market to identify and recommend future enhancements and new features to the development team.
• Stay current with regulatory changes, GRC / cybersecurity trends, and user expectations.

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Certifications: Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor on ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CISM, CRISC, ISO 31000, or related credentials in GRC preferred.

Additional Preferences: Middle East working experience in GRC or leading GRC automation projects in GCC – preferred but not required.
