As an HR Recruiter specializing in GCC recruitment, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to support our global operations. Your expertise will be vital in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various Information Technology positions within our Global Capability Centres.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates globally.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and generate reports on key metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in GCC recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with significant experience in hiring for Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for a wide range of Information Technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the GCC talent landscape and specific recruitment challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
