Duties

• Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-manicured grounds
• Support landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, pruning, and weed control
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns
• Support general grounds maintenance tasks such as cleaning pathways, repairing hardscape features, and preparing sites for planting or construction projects
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as lawnmowers, skid loaders, tractors is a plus
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and construction projects
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Able to work ~37.5 hrs./week (Monday-Friday), with some nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled
• Have a valid driver license and provide own transportation to work site
