KIDAN is scaling rapidly, and revenue growth is at the core of everything we do. This role is critical: the Growth & Revenue Intelligence Analyst / Revenue Operations Specialist will own the revenue intelligence ecosystem, optimize processes end-to-end, and directly influence measurable revenue outcomes.
This is not a standard analyst role. We need someone exceptional — a strategic thinker, commercial-minded, operationally disciplined, and execution-focused — who can move seamlessly from data to action, and insight to growth.
You will work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and the COO Office to ensure revenue systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
Your Mission
You will be the architect and operator of KIDAN’s revenue engine. Your work will combine strategy, analytics, operations, and experimentation. You’ll diagnose, design, and deliver solutions that materially impact growth and profitability.
Your scope includes:
1. Revenue Intelligence
- Build and maintain the Revenue Command Center in Zoho Analytics, integrating CRM, renewals, pipeline, and margin data.
- Deliver weekly dashboards covering bookings, renewals, upsells, churn, gross margin, and deal velocity.
- Implement Forecast Accuracy & Pipeline Health Scoring to identify risk and opportunity by region.
- Present actionable insights in Revenue Review Meetings to guide leadership decisions.
2. Process Optimization
- Map and continuously improve the end-to-end revenue funnel: Lead → Opportunity → Invoice → Renewal.
- Standardize playbooks, dashboards, and workflows to ensure repeatable, scalable execution.
- Ensure tools reflect clean, actionable data for every stage of the revenue process.
- Audit handoffs between Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Finance to eliminate revenue leakage.
3. Growth Experiments & Strategy
- Identify top revenue-driving accounts and design expansion, bundling, and conversion strategies.
- Run cross-sell experiments with ManageEngine, Cloudflare, Sangfor, and SentinelOne bundles.
- Design pricing & discount optimization models to maximize net margin.
- Test new acquisition channels (digital funnels, partnerships) to identify high-leverage growth opportunities.
4. Cross-Functional Partnership
- Align dashboards, forecasts, and quarterly goals with Sales Leadership.
- Partner with Marketing to translate campaign performance into real revenue impact.
- Support Finance in reconciling invoicing data and margin reporting.
- Collaborate with Technology & Operations to ensure automation, data flow, and system performance across platforms.
5. Continuous Improvement & Enablement
- Train teams on reading and acting on dashboards.
- Document recurring analyses, metrics, and processes to strengthen institutional learning.
- Recommend automation or tool improvements to simplify reporting and increase accuracy.
- Maintain a rhythm of “diagnose → test → measure → refine” for every growth initiative.
