   Growth Executive

   cover a maternity leave for 6 months
  
  . This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and CX teams, work across three MENA markets, and coordinate joint campaigns with Ooredoo teams. Additionally, the role includes maintaining performance and engagement reporting across the growth function

   Role Accountabilities
  
- 
   Customer Engagement Campaigns
  
- 
   Maintain and optimize existing customer engagement campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
  
- 
   Work closely with product, operation and CX teams to propose and build new campaigns to drive customer engagement and lifetime value.
  
- 
   Ensure campaigns are localized and relevant across the three MENA markets.
  
- 
   Support the development and implementation of the customer communications map for the third market.
  
- 
   Ooredoo Collaboration
  
- 
   Coordinate joint campaigns with Ooredoo teams targeting their customer bases.
  
- 
   Align messaging and execution across SMS, push, email, and other relevant channels.
  
- 
   Maintain engagement calendar. Track and report on the performance of joint initiatives and proactively suggest ideas for optimisation
  
- 
   Reporting & Analytics
  
- 
   Maintain and update all growth-related reports including:

   Campaign performance dashboards

   Customer engagement metrics

   Website analytics

   Activity calendars

   Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making.

   2% improvement in Qatar

   Focus on rebuilding a clear engagement foundation for Qatar with Adjust and MoEngage, creating trackable and justified journeys while ensuring closer alignment with Oman.

   Delivery of a comprehensive customer communications map for the third market.

   Experience
  
- 
   2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles within
   
    app-based digital businesses
   
   , ideally in
   
    fintech or telecom
   
   .
  
- 
   Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) with measurable impact on user engagement and retention.
  
- 
   Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel) and A/B testing methodologies; Firebase and Amplitude considered a plus.
  
   Minimum Entry Qualifications
  
- 
   Hands-on experience with
   
    MoEngage (or similar)
   
   is essential, including campaign setup, segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration, and analytics.

   Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data to generate insights and reports.
  
- 
   English (fluent), Arabic (highly desirable), French (desirable)
