Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathmetics or related fields,
  • Min. 4–5 years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing Intelligence, CRM, Customer Analytics or Segmentation, preferably in retail or fashion industries,
  • Proven experience in campaign strategy and execution, customer base growth, and retention initiatives,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and deriving actionable insights,
  • High-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions,
  • Agile, self-motivated, solution-oriented and eager to continuously learn and improve,
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.



Job Description:


  • Design and manage end-to-end targeted campaign processes in line with growth and engagement objectives,
  • Identify and segment target audiences, develop and implement campaign plans,
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and other relevant methodologies,
  • Analyze campaign results, identify improvement areas and define data-driven actions,
  • Lead the execution of trade marketing and retail-focused campaigns in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners,
  • Develop strategic partnerships and campaigns to create added value and customer acquisition.
