Key Responsibilities:
Market Outreach & Merchant Acquisition
- Reach out to e-commerce businesses and SMEs through field visits, calls, and online outreach.
- Explain and promote our one-stop payment solution to potential merchants.
- Assist in onboarding new merchants and ensure smooth activation.
- Customer Interaction & Product Communication.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and use cases clearly to merchants.
- Support product demos and help merchants understand integrations and workflows.
- Act as the first point of contact for merchant queries during onboarding.
Growth & Learning
- Introduce & Support growth initiatives and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of fintech payment systems, merchant ecosystems, and customer acquisition strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Maintain records of outreach, leads, and onboarded merchants.
- Track basic growth metrics like leads generated and merchants activated.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles (internships count).
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Willingness to go out in the field and interact directly with customers all over Pakistan.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital payments
- High energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
