Growth Marketer (B2B SaaS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketer to scale our user acquisition. You will be responsible for lead generation, data-driven strategy, and optimizing the B2B SaaS funnel to drive measurable business success.

Key Responsibilities & Strategy

  • Outbound Execution: Build, manage, and scale cold outreach campaigns using Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist.
  • Funnel Optimization: Own the B2B SaaS funnel from MQL to SQL, ensuring high-intent leads are converted into a real pipeline.
  • Lead Strategy: Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build high-quality lead lists for US/UK-based markets.
  • Paid Media & SEO: Execute and optimize PPC advertising (LinkedIn/Google Ads) and manage SEO content clusters to build topical authority.
  • Copywriting: Craft personalized, high-converting outbound email copy and landing page content.

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Outbound Tools: Mastery of Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar automation platforms.
  • Analytics Mastery: Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and CRM tracking.
  • SEO/SEM Tools: Proficiency in Ahrefs or SEMrush for keyword research and competitor gap analysis.
  • Performance Marketing: Solid understanding of LTV:CAC ratios, retargeting strategies, and CTR benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing (SaaS experience highly preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast pipeline growth.
  • Proven track record of working with international clients (US/UK).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
