Role Overview


We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Associate who will help accelerate Marham App adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue through paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, structured experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with squads (Traffic, Socials, etc).

Key Responsibilities


App Growth & User Acquisition
  • Build and execute app-focused user acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, OEM channels, and app stores.

  • Optimize ROAS, CPI, CPM, CPA, and retention-driven installs.

  • Coordinate creatives, landing screens, and onboarding flows to improve install-to-booking conversion.

App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Continuously optimize app store titles, keywords, screenshots, reviews, and metadata to improve organic installs.

  • Work with design & brand teams to refresh store assets based on experiment learnings.

Analytics & Experimentation

  • Conduct funnel analysis across impression → install → signup → booking → repeat.

  • Set up and monitor growth experiments (ad copies, segmentation, onboarding messaging, push campaigns).

  • Work on attribution and channel incrementality via Firebase, GA4, Adjust/Appsflyer/MoEngage (depending on stack).

Lifecycle & CRM

  • Create campaigns to improve booking frequency: push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, email (depending on category).

  • Build automated journeys for new users, churned users, frequent bookers, city-wise and specialty-wise funnels.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with squads (Traffic, Socials, Recovery, Showedup, etc.)

  • Coordinate with Product team to share insights on onboarding, conversion flows, and retention features.



Requirements


Must-Haves


  • 0.5–2 years of experience in Growth, App Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of mobile app funnels, attribution, data analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, MoEngage, GSC, Adjust, Appsflyer).

  • Skilled in A/B testing, segmentation, campaign planning, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for KPIs and dashboards.

Bonus Points

  • Experience running performance campaigns on Meta & Google App Campaigns.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or Data Studio reporting.

  • Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.

  • Healthcare or marketplace experience is a plus.
