Growth Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager


We’re looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing Manager (or Product Marketing Manager) to lead the charge in scaling our product adoption, user acquisition, and lifecycle engagement. This is a foundational role, offering the opportunity to shape the entire growth function from the ground up and make a direct impact on the business.


If you’re a hands-on growth marketer with a track record of driving measurable results, this is your chance to own growth strategy, execution, and experimentation across all stages of the funnel.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, implement, and optimize full-funnel growth strategies across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Own and scale paid media efforts (SEM, paid social, PPC) to achieve cost-effective growth goals.
  • Develop and execute organic growth initiatives, including SEO and product-led growth tactics.
  • Build lifecycle marketing programs that engage users across the entire customer journey.
  • Set up and maintain a robust marketing data infrastructure to enable clear reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
  • Lead experimentation to test new channels, messaging, and funnels—driving continuous improvement across campaigns.


What You Bring


Experience

  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing.
  • Proven success driving growth and revenue in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team.
  • Strong background in scaling acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts.


Skills

  • Advanced expertise in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Proficient with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Customer.io.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused messaging.
  • Technical fluency: knowledge of HTML/MJML, CSS, Liquid, and SQL is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing ROI analysis.
