At Alphagon, we’re not looking for a regular “digital marketer.” We’re hunting for someone who breathes creativity and lives social media. Someone who gets the culture, understands the algorithms, and knows how to turn scrolls into clicks, clicks into engagement, and engagement into growth.

What you’ll do:

• Run, manage & optimize campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
• Constantly experiment, test, and evolve with content & strategies.
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and viral waves (and ride them before they’re old news).
• Work with our team to create scroll-stopping content.
• Use data, analytics & insights to make smarter, cooler moves.

Who you are:

• A social media nerd (in the best way possible).
• Creative, adaptable & curious , always learning something new.
• Experienced with ads & organic growth on the big 4: Insta, FB, TikTok, YT.
• Not afraid to experiment (and fail fast).
• Someone who thinks of marketing as both art & science.
• Bonus points if you’ve got design, copywriting, or video editing skills!
