We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, B2B lead generation, and demand generation for IT services and consulting in the U.S. market.
This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who can design, execute, and scale multi-channel growth strategies. You will own the entire funnel — from awareness to acquisition and pipeline acceleration — ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads that convert into revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies tailored to U.S.-based enterprises and SMBs.
- Conduct market research to define ideal customer personas, identify industry-specific opportunities, and uncover competitive insights.
- Build and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (paid media, SEO, LinkedIn, ABM, content, email nurturing, and retargeting).
- Design conversion-focused lead funnels that deliver measurable ROI and align with sales goals.
Paid Media, SEO & Content
- Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads targeting decision-makers in IT, consulting, and enterprise services.
- Drive organic visibility through advanced SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical) optimized for U.S. search intent.
- Partner with content teams to create case studies, thought-leadership articles, whitepapers, and webinars that engage and capture leads.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to target high-value enterprise accounts.
Analytics & Optimization
- Own and track key funnel metrics: CPL, CAC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, MQL→SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM dashboards for tracking and reporting.
- Run A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and landing page optimization to maximize conversion rates.
- Build data-driven dashboards and present growth forecasts and performance insights to leadership.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with Sales, SDRs, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline acceleration.
- Partner with leadership to align marketing KPIs with revenue goals and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with design, product, and delivery teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of growth/performance marketing experience with proven B2B lead generation success in the U.S. market.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Experience with CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
- Solid understanding of funnel building, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and enterprise-level campaigns.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, TikTok Ads, or emerging U.S. ad platforms.
- Knowledge of CRO frameworks, funnel optimization, and lead scoring models.
- Experience building marketing automation workflows (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot).
- Understanding of U.S. enterprise buying behavior in IT services and consulting.
