About the Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven growth leader who can take our consumer AI product from early users to breakout adoption. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, launch campaigns, and growth experiments that turn awareness into sustainable user growth and revenue.

You’ll work closely with the founders and product team to craft positioning, build funnels, and execute campaigns across channels.

Ideal for someone who thrives in startup chaos, moves fast, and knows how to make traction happen.

What You’ll do

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and features Build, manage, and optimize paid and organic growth channels (content, paid ads, influencers, SEO, partnerships, communities)

Design and run growth experiments to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion

Collaborate with product and design to optimize on-boarding, messaging, and user journeys

Own marketing analytics define metrics, track performance, and report insights Identify and activate growth loops, referral programs, or viral mechanics relevant to consumer AI tools Manage marketing budget efficiently and prioritize ROI-positive initiatives Build and lead a small growth/marketing team as traction scales

What We’re Looking For

4–8+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles ideally with consumer SaaS, AI tools, or tech startups Proven success in launching and scaling a digital product or app Strong command of data analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation

Hands-on experience with performance marketing, content strategy, and email/CRMFamiliarity with AI ecosystem or experience marketing technical/innovative products.

A creative mindset for growth hacking and storytelling — not just spending on ads

Bonus: Experience with community-led growth or creator partnerships
