What You’ll Do

• Own dentist acquisition from top of funnel to signup
• Improve website messaging for dentists and office managers
• Run experiments across:
• Landing pages
• Paid ads (Google / Meta / LinkedIn)
• Cold email campaigns
• Partnerships with dental groups
• Analyze funnel metrics:
• Visitor → signup
• Signup → demo
• Demo → onboarding
• Work closely with sales to refine messaging based on real objections

What Success Looks Like

• Increasing qualified dentist leads month-over-month
• Clear positioning that dentists immediately understand
• Lower cost per lead
• Higher demo conversion rates
• Marketing decisions backed by data, not opinions

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing
• Strong copywriting skills (dentists must “get it” fast)
• Comfortable with experimentation and failure
• Analytical mindset (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing)
• Ability to work in early-stage ambiguity

Bonus:

• SEO or outbound experience
