Growth Marketing Specialist

One of the renowned semi -governement operations,focuses on digitizing processes and providing, high-efficiency, technology-driven solutions for the industry is looking to hire Growth Marketing /Performance Marketing Analyst for their operations in Abu Dhabi.

• Own and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

• Track and improve KPIs like CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions

• Implement end-to-end tracking using GA4, GTM, UTMs, and app attribution tools

• Build dashboards and performance reports with clear insights

• Manage SEO, technical SEO, and App Store Optimization (ASO)

• Integrate campaigns with CRM to track leads from source to conversion

• Create and manage automation journeys (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)

• Oversee email infrastructure and domain authentication

• Monitor digital budgets and optimize spend allocation

• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend growth strategies

• Maintain UTM governance and tracking accuracy

• Collaborate with content, design, CRM, and IT teams

Required Candidates profile

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Strong expertise in paid media, analytics, and attribution

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms

• Solid knowledge of SEO and ASO

• Strong reporting and dashboard-building skills

• Google Ads certification preferred
