Role:
The Bookkeeping Clerk will perform various bookkeeping, record keeping, clerical functions for the reconciliation of guardianships' pooled account held with Bank of NH for reporting to CAP’s Fiscal Division.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
E 100% Complete the required reconciliation process for guardianship's pooled client fund checking account by program protocols and procedures on a monthly basis. Will also produce, track, or otherwise provide necessary reports and documentation relative to outstanding check to the Director or Designee so said checks can be voided as necessary.
Performance Measurements:
1. Production of a completed reconciliation account on a monthly basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience : One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education: (1) A two-year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by
equipment vendors or (4) job specific skills acquired through on-the-job training or
apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills: Work normally involves contacts with persons beyond immediate associates generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (customers or vendors) requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills: Must be able to operate a 10 calculator by touch. Must be able to use PC spreadsheet
software.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whitefield, NH 03598
