Guest Relation Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, strong communication skills, and a proven background in managing guest experiences within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. You’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable impression and a desire to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage reservations and seating to maximize guest satisfaction and service flow.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supervise and train front-of-house/reception staff on guest service standards.
• Maintain guest records and preferences to provide personalized experiences.
• Support marketing and customer loyalty initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all guest areas meet company standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, front-of-house, or hospitality management (preferably in restaurants).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with restaurant booking systems (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms) is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
