Guest Service Agent

Summary

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction during their stay at our establishment. You will assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and addressing any concerns they may have during their stay.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and surrounding areas
  • Address guest concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
