Job Summary:

To serve as the primary point of contact for MTE employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at the Central office lobby. This role is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming front-office environment while supporting daily workplace operations.

Job Requirements:

• Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, HungryPeople Smart).
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years' administrative experience.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products.
• Must possess professional and excellent customer service and communication skills and be dedicated to team goals.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Must possess a pleasing attitude which is appropriate for getting along with team members, always exhibiting professional work etiquette and creating a pleasing work environment.
